Sustainability – the new normal for shopping and ownership

We want to transform how people buy and own products by providing more comprehensive product information and services related to product lifespan, maintenance, repair, and reuse.

HERE'S HOW WE DO IT:

We aim to increase sales of products and services related to product maintenance, repair, replacement, or reuse. We're expanding the product range covered by our Vaihtokauppa service. Our goal is to keep our return rate below 1%.

We develop environmental and social responsibility practices in our own operations and incorporate these perspectives into our supply chain practices as well.

HERE'S HOW WE DO IT:

We're committed to setting science-based climate targets and developing supplier collaboration to support our climate work. We require that purchases are made only from direct suppliers who have signed and committed to Verkkokauppa.com's Supplier Code of Conduct or an approved equivalent commitment.

We develop our work culture by supporting opportunities for participation, continuous learning, diversity, leadership development, and the physical and mental well-being of our employees.

HERE'S HOW WE DO IT:

We monitor and develop employee engagement, well-being, and the experience of diversity and inclusion, and set annual development goals for them.

We develop our practices in line with evolving regulations and good governance principles.

HERE'S HOW WE DO IT:

We maintain and develop compliance management in accordance with changing regulations and strengthen our compliance culture throughout the organization.
