We want Vaihtokauppa to be as hassle-free as possible from start to finish. Check out the simple shipping instructions below and send us your trade-in device within 14 days of receiving your credit estimate!
Before delivery
Remember to back up your personal data
If you used the credit toward a new device, transfer your data from the old device to the new one. Otherwise, make sure to back up your data.
Remove user accounts and disable location tracking
Remove all user accounts (e.g., Apple ID, Google, and Samsung accounts) and make sure location tracking apps like Find My iPhone or Samsung SmartThings Find are disabled.
Wipe your device by restoring factory settings
Wipe your device through the settings by restoring factory settings. Remember to also remove the SIM and memory cards before handing over the device.

Shipping your device by mail
To make shipping your device to us free and as hassle-free as possible, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and packaging materials. Once your device is carefully packed, drop it off at your nearest DHL service point within 14 days of receiving your trade-in quote, following the instructions below.
How to send your device
1. Wait for the shipping supplies to arrive
- Within a few days, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label and packaging materials for your device by mail.
- While you wait, you can use your estimated trade-in credit toward a replacement device or make other purchases with Tili at Verkkokauppa.com.
Make sure the device is wiped and your data is backed up
- Back up your personal data and transfer files from your old device to your new one if needed.
- Remove user accounts (Apple ID, Samsung and Google accounts) and disable location tracking (Find My iPhone, Samsung SmartThings Find).
- Wipe the phone by restoring it to factory settings.

3. Pack the device carefully using packing materials
- Carefully pack the device using the packaging materials provided
- Use the included padding to ensure the device is packed securely and protected during transit
- Attach the shipping label to the top of the package
4. Drop off the device at your nearest DHL service point
- DHL service points are located in some R-kioski stores and grocery stores, and a service point can also be a parcel locker.
- You can find the nearest service point by entering your address, postal code, or city on DHL's website (Ulkoinen palvelu) (Avautuu uuteen välilehteen).
- Once the device condition has been verified, the final credit amount will be updated to your Tili invoice.
