Choose from thousands of products, select in-store pickup, and collect your order in as little as 15 minutes – it's that easy! Our lightning-fast in-store pickup is a free and flexible option. In addition to counter service, all our stores now offer queue-free and contactless pickup lockers.

Shop 24/7 at our Helsinki store. You can also collect orders from our other stores and the Vantaa pickup warehouse during opening hours.

How to order online and pick up in-store:

1. Add products to your cart

Choose your products from our wide selection and add them to your cart.

2. Select pickup as the delivery method

Choose to pick up your order from the in-store service desk or skip the queue by using a pickup locker. Some products can also be collected from the Vantaa pickup warehouse. When picking up from a store service desk, you can pay online in advance or upon collection. Orders for the Vantaa warehouse or pickup lockers must be paid in advance.

3. Wait for your pickup notification

Products in stock at our main warehouse are ready for pickup at the Helsinki store within 15 minutes. For other stores, delivery takes 1–2 days. If a product is in stock at the Pirkkala, Raisio, or Oulu stores, it will be ready in 15 minutes. Items stored at the Vantaa pickup warehouse are ready for collection there in about 30 minutes, or from other stores within a couple of days.

4. Choose a pickup time (Helsinki and Vantaa only)

When picking up from the Helsinki store or Vantaa warehouse, you can choose a pickup time once all items are ready. You will receive a notification via email and SMS when your order is ready; use the link provided to select your pickup time in your customer account. Orders must be collected within one week of notification.

5. Pick up your order

• Service desk: Our staff will find your order using the order number in your pickup notification (email or SMS) or the barcode on your order page. The link in the notification takes you directly to the order page.
• Pickup locker: Enter the code from your pickup notification on the locker screen, or open the locker door with your phone via the order page in your customer account.

The Helsinki store is open for pickups 24/7. Other stores and the Vantaa warehouse are available during their specific opening hours. You can find all opening hours at the bottom of our website!
