Our staff refills the lockers rapidly, so your order can be ready in as little as 15 minutes. Pickup Lockers are for those who (for some reason) don't enjoy queuing.

What can I order for locker pickup?

Our store Pickup Lockers can accommodate both small and larger items. You can choose Pickup Locker as your delivery method when:

• the products are available at your chosen pickup store or the Helsinki main warehouse
• the order's dimensions and weight are within 118 x 32 x 60 cm and 25 kg.

This means that in addition to cables, phones, and laptops, you can also order items like smaller TVs, suitcases, cordless vacuums, gaming monitors, and soundbars for locker pickup.

How do I order items to a pickup locker?

This delivery method is as fast as our in-store pickup service, meaning you can get your order in a locker in as little as 15 minutes! In Helsinki, you can choose a pickup time for any time of day within a week of your order being ready. If you can't pick up your order immediately, we will hold it in the locker for two days.
