Outlet product condition rating and instructions
Outlet individual items are inspected and ready-to-sell products that may be used or unused customer returns, demo units from our stores, or products with packaging damaged during shipping.
Products are graded by condition (A, B, C, D) and sold as-is. Consumers have a 14-day return policy on individual items, and products come with at least a 6-month functional warranty. The return policy for Outlet products does not apply to business customers. Review our terms and conditions.
Online Outlet single items are only available online – our store Outlet sections have their own selections
- Online Outlet single items cannot be ordered for pickup and are only sold with delivery. Products must be paid for in advance by card, online banking, or financing. - To purchase online Outlet single items, you must be logged in and have an address in your customer information.
- You cannot add other products to an Outlet order – one Outlet product per order.
- Outlet product prices are not affected by ongoing campaigns.
Condition grades
The condition of individual Outlet items is classified on an ABCD scale. Every Outlet product page includes the condition grade and a detailed condition description.
A
The product packaging has been damaged during handling/delivery. The product condition has been verified by Verkkokauppa.com staff. The product is intact and complete with original packaging included.
B
The product is typically a customer return that has been tested for up to 32 days and may show minor signs of use. The product package may be missing an easily replaceable accessory such as a USB cable, manual, or headphones. The original product packaging may be missing. Any significant defects are noted in the product description.
C
The product is used. It has been used for an extended period and shows clear signs of use/scratches. The product packaging may be missing, accessories may be missing and must be purchased separately. Any significant defects are noted in the product description.
D
The product is in poor condition. It has been heavily used, is scratched, dented, may require repair and replacement parts. The original packaging may be missing. Any significant defects are noted in the product description.
Used products and data wiping
We reset and wipe all data devices containing customer information (such as computers, phones, hard drives, or memory cards) before putting them up for sale. Products that don't contain customer information are reset whenever possible.
