Please with the tv, picture is very clear and no longer need to use the stick as the web os covers my streaming requirements. Time will tell if this worth the money. Did not like the warranty registry through domestic and general.

Why isn’t the remote made of metal instead of cheap looking plastic and why isn’t it backlit?

In low lighting you cannot distinguish and y buttons and the times I’ve hit the home page trying to turn the volume up and down is annoying because they are set so close together. Very poor thought has gone into this small but very important part of the experience. For a top of the range and not so cheap TV the remote control has been overlooked and looks and feels cheap.

I cannot fault the picture at all and it is stunning - the voice control is nigh on worthless as it doesn’t understand any commands so best keep it simple in my opinion.

Would I advise you to buy it ? - yes if you want a decent picture and sound but No if you want a remote control which is as high quality as the TV and set out correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just purchased the OLED48C56LB tv to replace an old plasma tv and WOW! I wished we had done it ssoner. The colour balance and sound difference is tremendous. Watching programmes is soooo different, especially the nature programmes. Its like your there, whether in the jungle or swimming along a coral reef, the colours are outstanding. Combine that with the Dolby Atmos sound, its like being in the cinema in your own lounge. Plus its a "smart" tv with all the bells and whistles you would expect. I am so glad we purchased this tv. Well worth spending that bit more than the "cheaper" tv's.

I love my new TV and I am finding my way around the different channels etc. However I am disappointed that the WiFi connection has failed. I have checked with EE and my hub and connection are fine. Mobile, computer and tablet working. Daughters have followed instructions but can't fix it.

I will be glad when the engineer manages to mend it.

First OLED I've ever purchased and I am really disappointed.

Has a horrible green tint that shows up if you view the dispaly from any other angle/axis that isn't perfect dead centre of the screen.

Don't recommend LG's OLED TV's as they all seem to have this issue to some extent.

Admittedly, this is to replace a very old TV, but the picture is great, webOS is really easy to use and the magic remote makes it very intuitive. The automatic control of my AV amp via eARC (standby / volume) is the icing on the cake.

Sadly only had set 3 weeks and its broken down. It kept switching itself off but am awaiting replacement.

Terrestrial and Satellite TV are both excellent, as is the Ethernet interface and pairing.

On-screen user interface is not so good, far too much unwanted clutter rising to the top and getting in the way, and not helped by a counter-intuitive remote control.

I'm using an external full surround sound system, so have never tried the internal speakers.

I am very happy with the picture etc, but have still not been able to sort out some other things eg linking some other devices. I have had huge problems getting the tv set up with a soundbar and virgin box, and have had to call on others to help me. The tv is far too smart for this almost 80 Yr old!

I like that you can select a variety of sound levels to get the best use out of your television , you can also adjust for it being on a stand or if you wall mounted it, there are many features you have with this television from Ai , built in apps with lots of content from tv programmes to movies etc if you don’t connect a television service provider you still have lots to see.

The magic remote is very simple to use and has the quick connect buttons to Netflix , Prime Video, Disney etc.

You can select the timer to save energy if your watching tv at night and prone to falling asleep this will automatically turn the television off should you fall asleep or great for cutting back on tv time or if you want it to appear your still home for a while .

You can also adjust the sound settings and eye care mode can dim the screen, you have screen off which still plays the audio but turns the screen black , just push any button to return to the audio being played.

It’s so simple to set up and connect straight out the box to your devices through 4 x HDMi sockets.

It had features like chatbot or accessibility menu to offer a variety of options to make it easier for you to use.

Always I was avoiding LG Electronic because of quality, but after I bought this LG TV , I changed my mind, This product is great 👍 OLED TV. easy to use very clear screen medium size healthy for the eye . Its combination between Sony and Samsung technology.

The screen is great for two player games and it has a wonderful game setting with features like “Dark Room” mode for dimming the brightness and blue light filters so you can play for long hours without your eyes hurting.

The picture quality is stunning too so it makes movie nights a super fun experience.

I also really like the little wheel on the remote as it’s great for navigating the screen faster.

Sound is decent for built-in speakers and the TV looks sleek and modern, so it’s a pleasant visual aesthetic.
