I'm excited about how much quieter it is compared to our current machine, and the ability to operate it through a smartphone is truly impressive. It looks fantastic in the kitchen and feels really modern. However, I do wonder if it might not be the best fit for seniors, as many older folks prefer simpler appliances with just an on and off button. That said, I can definitely see myself buying this model when my washing machine eventually breaks down in the future.

LG was definitely good choice and exact model. This model is equipped with modern technologies including WIFI. Super easy to use with preset modes and front panel. Washing and drying modes is very efficient and only take 3.5 hours from start to finish. I love that this washer dryer is capable to wash 13kg of clothes at once. It helps so much. Since this washer dryer is equipped with many smart functions and sensors, it automatically adjusts drying time depending on weight. Overall design is very sleek and elegant, especially in this colour. Blends in kitchen décor easily and improved my every day life so much. Very pleased with this Washer dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the LG 13kg AI Direct Drive Washing Machine in Black and I’m honestly really impressed. The first thing that stood out is the size – it fits into the same space as a standard washer but takes a huge 13kg load, which is a lifesaver for bedding and big family washes.

The machine runs really quietly, even on full spin, and the drum feels super solid. The AI Direct Drive is clever too – it adjusts the wash depending on the type of fabrics, and clothes come out really clean but not over-washed or rough. I’ve tried the TurboWash 39 setting a lot and it’s brilliant when you need things done quickly without losing quality. The steam function is also great for allergies and leaves clothes feeling fresher.

The design looks sleek in black and the controls are easy to use, plus the app is handy if you like tech – you can start a cycle from your phone and get notifications when it’s finished. It does take a little time to get used to all the programs, but once you know what’s what it’s simple enough.

Overall, it feels like a premium washer – quiet, efficient, and big enough to handle anything I throw at it. Definitely worth it if you’ve got a busy household and want something that looks good as well as performs.

Changed to this brand. So far, so good.

Loving the AI mode, the washing machines chooses the cycle to suit the laundry load you have in.

At the moment, it has an excellent spin. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG AI Direct Drive F4X7011TBB is a beautiful washing machine with a very generous 11 kg capacity, perfect for larger households. It looks stunning, though every bit of dust shows up easily. The display built into the control dial is stylish and clear when selecting a program, but once a cycle is running the remaining time can be hard to see in direct sunlight. The ThinQ app is brilliantly simple and makes it easy to check cycle time, energy use and even the cost per wash. The AI program is a game changer – it washed my towels perfectly without me needing to choose settings. I previously had an LG for 8 years without a fault, and this model feels just as reliable, especially worth it if you catch it on a big promotion..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been fantastic, it's quiet, it's efficient, washes well, you do need to use an app though to get the most out of it and I wish you could get it to wash a load remotely say, been away for a week and want to get it done for when you get home, but it's been the best washer we have ever had so far, very pleased.

The AI mode basically tells you what cycle you wash needs to be on and sets it all for you so there’s no thought needed (baby brain) the drum is huge and will make light of the washing I have. It was easy to install the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It all connects to my phone for easy control. The design and look of the machine is sleek and modern it great. This is all round a fantastic washer.

The new model is really simple to use with the selection controls and easy to read screen and the extra capacity lets me get through the washing much quicker.

Having the ThinQ app is handy for letting me know when it needs emptying too.

Fingers crossed it lasts more than 10 years like the last model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG machine recently and I have to say that so far, I am well impressed. The machine has a larger load capacity than our old machine so we’re finding that it takes fewer washes to do our weekly wash, this together with the A rating means that it is actually costing less to run.

I like the fact that you can connect via Wi-Fi and download new programs and even run diagnostics programs, but thankfully I haven’t needed to use this yet.

Overall I’m very happy with the machine and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
