[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relatively easy to use. When using the AI wash, you don't now how long the cycle is going to be until the cycle starts. Usually the 39 minute turbo wash is shorter, so this is good for smaller, lightly soiled garments. Only been using it for 4 days, so still trying new cycles and getting a better understanding of what it can do. Very quiet.

The remote control functionality through the mobile app is extremely practical and convenient — I absolutely love it. Being able to receive notifications on my phone when a cycle is complete is a great touch.

It offers a wide range of advanced programmes, including specific options for duvets, as well as a very useful feature that keeps clothes fresh if you’re not able to remove them immediately after the cycle finishes.

Overall, it’s an excellent product that washes clothes thoroughly and efficiently. Perfect for families who do laundry on a daily basis.

One thing when you run the drum clean program you can put your cleaning tablet in the drum and it doesn't try and dispense any detergent or conditioner. The manual doesn't make it clear and was wrongly told after enquiring LG tgat you had to turn auto dispense off.

I recently purchased an lg 65"oled tv which I'm very happy with so when my washing machine packed up I had a good look round read all reviews and came back to lg I have 2 teenagers so it needed it to take heavy loads Its cheaper than my old machine you hardly hear it running I am now waiting for lg to say they have the dryer I want back in stock. Delivery driver and his mate excellent took old machine away as well had to carry from 1st floor flat The only downside and this is a criticism of all machine manufactures is you spend so much on development of your products knowing full well they mostly go into tight spaces surely put some thought into being able to level feet as most of these goods go into tight spaces if aga's can do it why can't white goods come up with a way.

You can easily stop a cycle to add more clothes and It notifies you when your washing is done - even plays a song too! Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned a Samsung washing machine for over a decade, switching to this LG has been nothing short of a revelation. While the spin speed is much the same as I was used to, the difference in noise – or rather the lack of it – was genuinely unexpected. It runs with barely a hint of vibration, even on a full load.

The build quality feels a clear step up from my previous machine, and the AI features genuinely deliver, improving efficiency without compromising on cleaning performance. The 11kg capacity has also made a real difference, reducing the number of wash cycles I need to run each week – which, with today’s energy and water prices, is very welcome.

Overall, I’m completely satisfied with it and now find myself seriously considering replacing my Samsung dryer with the matching LG model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model because I really wanted to take advantage of cheap electricity, so the smart features were my top priority. Unfortunately the machine keeps falling asleep, which means I cannot control it through Alexa and therefore cannot set up a routine. LG are aware of the problem, but it has been a long time without a fix. The machine itself is good, but this issue is disappointing.

I've been testing it for a few months now and I'm very happy about it. The first thing I noticed is how silent it is compared with my older one. The display is digital and very easy to use and allows you to choose the program and to personalise the spinning speed and soil level. The machine has 13 default washing programs and 11 non-default ones that can be found on the Cycle List Edit option and used anytime.

The AI wash program is very interesting to use and I tested it a few times. The AI wash optimize cycle based on the contents of the laundry.

I haven't installed the LG ThinQ Application yet but I read about it and I will do it soon because it looks very helpful. Can be used to

Remote start, Tub clean coach, energy monitoring, smart diagnosis settings and push alert. It's an excellent washing machine for my family

The large capacity is perfect for family use and easily handles bulky items like duvets and blankets. It washes efficiently, clothes come out clean and fresh, and it runs quietly even during the spin cycle. The programs are easy to use, energy and water consumption are well balanced, and the design is modern and solid. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

I have not been disappointed it’s quiet, efficient and cleans the clothes well. The Ai feature is very clever and has reduced washing times by picking the best settings for me. The app allows me to track the process, fault find (should anything happen) and keep all my info for the warranty and manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent sized machine which is exceptionally quiet. It has a variety of programmes and you can set different elements such as temperature, soil level and so forth individually. It would be good to be able to see how long each cycle is going to be after having set the temperature, but I have not found a way to do this as the time only shows once the on button has been pressed. The clothing does come out clean especially on the longer washes for soiled items like muddy football socks and so on, so I have been impressed overall.

The delay timer is for the wash to end not the for the start and the instuctions say not to put detergent in the dispenser draw if using the delay timer, so it has to be put direct into the drum with the detergent in its own dispenser. The machine then tumbles all the washing spilling the detergent all over the dry clothes and then stops to wait untill the delay programe actually starts, this means the detergent is concentrated in patches on the dry wash. There is a phone number to get a warranty registration number, this is just a scam to get as much personal information and then an extensive sales pitch to take out extra cover, the final registration code turns out to be just the first line of your address and your post code. The written instuctions have several pages and illustrations of connecting the electical plug to the wall outlet and the fill hose to the water supply, just the opposite to the poor information for actually using the machine and the settings used. Thank goodness for YouTube !!!!!!
