It is much quieter that the previous LG ( that lasted 18 years) and it appears to be much more economical. We have used a few of the pre-programmed loads including the Turbo wash which is very good, lasting only 39mins.

It is very easy to install, Remove the transportation bolts (spanner provided) use the same spanner to level the machine then only one cold fill pipe to connect one drain pipe to connect plug in and away you go one amazing machine installed.

Super quiet during wash cycles and particularly during spins. Like the AI wash as it decides which program is best after detecting load weight and type, and also great to be albe to connect via the app too. Good choice made methinks!

The settings are ideal, AI setting is brilliant for when not sure which to use. There is a little tune at the end of the wash. I got the app and connected which adds another level with notification that machine is finished and clothing should be removed! Clothes are washed really well. Such a super upgrade from my previous machine.
