LG was definitely good choice and exact model. This model is equipped with modern technologies including WIFI. Super easy to use with preset modes and front panel. Washing and drying modes is very efficient and only take 3.5 hours from start to finish. I love that this washer dryer is capable to wash 13kg of clothes at once. It helps so much. Since this washer dryer is equipped with many smart functions and sensors, it automatically adjusts drying time depending on weight. Overall design is very sleek and elegant, especially in this colour. Blends in kitchen décor easily and improved my every day life so much. Very pleased with this Washer dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the LG 13kg AI Direct Drive Washing Machine in Black and I’m honestly really impressed. The first thing that stood out is the size – it fits into the same space as a standard washer but takes a huge 13kg load, which is a lifesaver for bedding and big family washes.

The machine runs really quietly, even on full spin, and the drum feels super solid. The AI Direct Drive is clever too – it adjusts the wash depending on the type of fabrics, and clothes come out really clean but not over-washed or rough. I’ve tried the TurboWash 39 setting a lot and it’s brilliant when you need things done quickly without losing quality. The steam function is also great for allergies and leaves clothes feeling fresher.

The design looks sleek in black and the controls are easy to use, plus the app is handy if you like tech – you can start a cycle from your phone and get notifications when it’s finished. It does take a little time to get used to all the programs, but once you know what’s what it’s simple enough.

Overall, it feels like a premium washer – quiet, efficient, and big enough to handle anything I throw at it. Definitely worth it if you’ve got a busy household and want something that looks good as well as performs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been fantastic, it's quiet, it's efficient, washes well, you do need to use an app though to get the most out of it and I wish you could get it to wash a load remotely say, been away for a week and want to get it done for when you get home, but it's been the best washer we have ever had so far, very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This couldn’t have come at a better time, Iv just had a baby so I’m constantly washing. This machine is so cleaver. The AI mode basically tells you what cycle you wash needs to be on and sets it all for you so there’s no thought needed (baby brain) the drum is huge and will make light of the washing I have. It was easy to install the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It all connects to my phone for easy control. The design and look of the machine is sleek and modern it great. This is all round a fantastic washer.

The new model is really simple to use with the selection controls and easy to read screen and the extra capacity lets me get through the washing much quicker.

Having the ThinQ app is handy for letting me know when it needs emptying too.

Fingers crossed it lasts more than 10 years like the last model.

🥰 love it. Come out fresh and clean in rapid time. The AI function is pretty cool also and makes washing up a breeze.
