I've had this tv for a week now and the picture and sound quality are amazing, the only things I find annoying are the constant logging in to every account on the tv screen keyboard I don't find it user friendly at all and as for Sony films I cannot get any access to it at all. I created an account and it doesn't recognise it but it won't let me re do it as my email is already registered, the one it doesn't recognise and it just goes around in circles.

I bought it a few weeks ago although the picture is great, I dont find the sound very good.

I cannot connect my hearing aid via Bluetooth so disappointing.

The volume is not very good when playing things via HDMI4

A great TV with an excellent pin sharp picture marred by apparent software glitches. It repeatedly failed to respond to the handset when using (a) the volume control (b) using the apps and (c) playing previous programmes from the Youview programme guide. Assistance from the store where we bought the TV and from the Sony team failed to produce a permanent solution. A replacement TV is on the way, I hope these issues will not afflict the new one.

Exceptional! Mainly.purchased for my new PS4 Pro: does not disappoint in any way. Highly recommend.

I have the Tv for a few weeks it replaces my Samsung 48” from 2016. 9 years is along time in technology - I’m really impressed with the whole package. The picture quality is excellent colours really vibrant. The sound is unbelievable from the built in speakers - totally satisfied

Very disappointed. Unable to get itvx and channel 5 dipite excellent connection through ethernet or WiFi

Brilliant TV. Quite easy to set up. A lot of add ons and love the voice control. And Google TV is superb and free. Also quality picture.

Bravia , bravo for overpriced CON.If you want to get mugged, go to Curry’s and pay Sony, then you will be sorry.

Bought this week before last and have since spent far to much time viewing as its so good a picture.

Very nice tv but if it had built in antenna like Samsung which would allow you to have live TV without the need to having an external antenna.

Realy good picture quality and interface is quite good .

I bought this 77” tv recently, the best I’ve ever owned. It surpasses my expectations giving excellent sound and the quality of the visuals is superb. Connecting a dvd player and 5.1surround system was easy. An excellent purchase I would highly recommend for an absorbing viewing experience.

So far so good , purchased to replace an 11year old Sony TV, which was still working perfectly.

We've had this tv a few weeks now and it is a revelation! Picture quality and clarity are outstanding and it's flexibility and ease of use just make for a super viewing experience. We are so glad we spent a little extra to get such a quality product. Thoroughly recommanded!!!!!

Went to Snellings & Giles TV at Blofield Norfolk with the intention of purchasing a different brand tv so impressed with Salesman David in explaining the Sony Bravia and seeing it demonstrated we walk out having decided on a Bravia 55X R8 A now installed BRILLIANT

I've had the TV for two weeks the picture is awesome deep Black's brilliant White's, sound is fantastic. Brightness could be better contrast is great, 4 hdmi only of them are 2.1 but all in all very very happy

Everything is good with this TV, picture quality is amazing. The only let down is that the picture on the Apple TV app is poor - lots of ghosting and blurring. I’ve tried to improve it with the motion options but any settings other than the default ones make it worse. Maybe a software update would help?

Apart from that I love this television.

Great TV, picture clarity brilliant, sound exceptional. Made this purchase this month, first Sony TV ever had we increased our screen size as well but still a really compact TV
