Only problem was one of the smallest screws had escaped the baggie and was loose in the box, causing me to use the wrong screws in two places because the pictures in the instructions were unclear. After finding the lost screw and swapping the two smallest sized screw locations, it went together easily. Only con: not possible to change orientation.

Pretty straight forward, easy setup. It would be nice if it came with basic tools.

The only problem I have is when using the standoffs, you can not tighten all the way done or it will not secure. I do like that it can be used on either a monitor or a table.

The small screws that mount the larger plate to the VESA monitor won't fit through the holes to give enough threads to engage the mounting studs. They either need to be longer or not have the collar that keeps them from sitting flush to the bracket. The plate also has a collar on the inside of the holes that obstruct the length of the screw from engaging. Very frustrating because this is not going to work unless I can find longer screws with that thread count. Nothing tells me what the thread count is.

The only downfall is you can only mount the computer in one orientation, which is unfortunate because the width of the computer causes it to interfere with some monitor arms, I'd prefer to be able to choose to mount it horizontally or vertically.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a disappointing product. It is titled "VESA Mount" but does not mount to the VESA mounting screw holes on the monitor. It seems from the instructions, which are not very clear, that you should drill holes in the back of your monitor and insert anchors to mount the device. This seems very iffy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy-gauge steel that is well finished. It is not what I expected, but that's my fault for not reading carefully enough. This is designed for wall mounting. I wanted a mount for the back of my monitor. Some adhesive squares solved that problem. I'm pleased.
