Only problem was one of the smallest screws had escaped the baggie and was loose in the box, causing me to use the wrong screws in two places because the pictures in the instructions were unclear. After finding the lost screw and swapping the two smallest sized screw locations, it went together easily. Only con: not possible to change orientation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkCentre takes up such an unbelievably small space on the desktop that this mount is nearly unnecessary... but, it works as intended and is solidly built and allows you to mount the ThinkCentre behind any VESA-compatible monitor for maximum desk space.
