I bought the item three weeks ago. It is very user friendly and has an excellent sound.

Happy with the sound quality. Down side that the rechargeable battery can’t be replaced, have had them two years but only use occasionally and they only hold their charge for about a hour now

I bought these a week ago the quality of sound is great. They stay secure in your ears the only criticism is they are a little on the baulky side

Excellent quality but size is a little bulky . Need to adjust occasionally when exercising, but not sure how they would sit during running ( I don’t know do for health reasons). Overall suits me fine

I've tried a number of different earbuds sized and none of them fit. It was a present so I didn't try them on. But I think Bose needs to make more effort in eaigning headphone for different variety of ears (cause we are all different).

I am very delighted with the service, parcel was securely packed, the sound of the head phone was amazing, I am in love with the headphone, it is perfect for my workout. Highly recommend.

The sound d quality as expected is good but sometimes the left earbud will just stop and you have to try and reconnect both of them to work properly again. Also use on Apple devices you need to instal. the software and they don't switch between them vert easily. So, these are good for connecting one one device and fingers crossed for the left earbud.

I bought these for my wife. Found them to be faulty. Got in touch with Bose send them back and will have another pair in apx two weeks its been 5 weeks now and all we are getting are they in transit. I cant believe the bad service we have gotten from Bose.

Really please, bought them as a Christmas gift for my husband, excellent for him, just a little heavy if they were for anyone young or old, sound is very clear with no distortion, a perfect gift.

Bought this for my son at Xmas to use at work and the gym. Excellent materials, great fit and finish, excellent tone and sound quality. He particularly loves that they do not dislodge during exercise and the sound doesn’t distort.

I have just returned these soundSport free earbuds as they are not suitable for using with a television or video. Pairing with the tv took ages and many tries, when paired eventually there was an annoying delay in the speech, the earbuds were greatly out of sync with the speech shown. Sound quality was however good but I found it difficult to manipulate the controls because of their size. I have a pair of outer ear Bose headphones which I have returned to using, there are no problems with these.

Got these for Christmas couldn't be happier with them, the fit is great with no movement and the sound is amazing, very happy.

Bought month ago charge box good found controls on ear pod hard to respond and left hand piece cuts out regularly have reset still same

I used it for two weeks and then had to return it. Sound is great. Much better compared to powerbeats pro or airpods pro, but the main problem is it doesn't stay in place in your ear. Even while working out with weights and you are not shaking your head much, it just comes off. And the rubber tip that's suppose to hold it in place irritates skin a bit after using for an hour or even less sometimes. For that reason I won't use it, but as far sound is concerned far better than other wireless earphones I have used.

Bought these back in December 2018

Good:

*To date these are the best sounding earphones I've owned and also the best fitting, I've never experienced distortion at higher volumes and the bass is plentiful without drowning out the mids and highs.

Gripes:

• Sometimes the left earphone can blip due to signal loss between the right earphone, it's rare but worth mentioning.
  
  
• The charging case drains itself and the earphones when not in use so it's worth making sure there's a charge if you haven't used them in a week.
  
  

Bad:

*After one and a half years of ownership I've fallen victim to a seemingly common fault, when in weather above the mid 20 degrees c (in my experience) the earphones disconnect and don't reconnect for a at least two minutes and they do it repeatedly every few minutes. It seems like something inside the earphone is overheating or a safety sensor is getting too sensitive. This fault has only recently developed as I never had issues in Cyprus when I used them last year.

Summary

• These are really good earphones in my opinion, the fault is unfortunate but it is worth mentioning the Bose guarantee took them back instantly without quibble (in the UK) and is in the process of replacing them. Of course my review might change depending on how the return process goes. But from a sound quality and fit point if view I'd certainly recommend them.

I wish i read the reveiws before purchasing. Not compatible with my laptop and when making a call you can only hear from the right ear, the left does not work.

Sound quality is good though. Wireless only last for about 4 hours before you need to charge again.

So this product is at least two years behind!

When you receive phone calls only the right one works. Terrible connection issues many times a day. Impossible to connect properly a windows machine. The battery case last only 2 changes when the competition gives double or more often triple than that.

Not recommended at all.

I’m disappointed at giving this review as I genuinely wanted to love these earphones as the sound is great; they just don’t stay in your ears. I wore them whilst out running twice and spent 25% of the time fiddling about with them to stay in my ears and the other 75% of the time worrying about when they would come loose again!
