Arvosana 5/5This product has been carefully design and needs to be handled with respect. The modern manufacturing in plastic has it’s plus & minus features.(a) The clean cut performance and low noise ratio has to be a winner, plus the easy cleaning after use. (b) The flip open head re cleaning has to be operated with delicate care, have found mine to leave the main body whilst cleaning the individual (three cutting ) head. The next model could incorporate a two cutting drive head with a straight cutting edge. I have had to contact their customer service department on two occasions and both times they proved their excellence by dealing with the situation to my satisfaction.
