I had an issue with the regulator, I contacted Weber and they sent a new one after I tried a couple of there suggestions to fix the problem. I am very satisfied with the way I was treated and will be recommending this product to others.

I love it!

This little grill can feed a family of four with no problem. Put a griddle on top and have breakfast. Hook to a 25# tank and don't worry about the little tanks running dry!

I was gifted this for Christmas and I am obsessed! I love the side trays and the temperature gauge! And the color! Beautiful! I bought my first Weber about 15 years ago and have never had an issue.

This is the third Q-1200 grill I’ve owned in over last 15 years. I like the thermometer, the new igniter system, the 2 fold down tables.

This Q1200 Weber design is perfect for my wife and I. We previously had a Weber Genesis 330 and could never build the right amount of heat in it unless we preheated on high for 20 minutes. This Q1200 needs just 5 minutes to adequately preheat. Love the simplicity when cleaning it also!

This grill is perfect for condo living. My steaks always taste just as good as if they were cooked on a big boy grill. I’ve been a loyal owner of a Weber Q 1200 grill for more than 5 years now and can’t say enough how wonderful this product is.

Great quality small grill. easy to set up, and you have great control of the burner temperature. Only “complaint” is some may find it a bit on the heavy side.. That of course would be expected with the quality materials it is constructed with.

Great portable grill. Superb quality that you actually feel while using. Owned 6 Blackstones and live in our RV. The Blackstones always felt cheap, screws backing out, greasy/messy. I actually enjoy cooking again.
