How will I receive my invoice?

  • Invoicing options include email, paper, and e-invoicing. Pricing remains the same regardless of the delivery method you choose.
  • To receive e-invoices, provide your e-invoice address and intermediary ID. If your company supports e-invoicing, you can add an OVT, IBAN, or network service ID and intermediary ID. Verkkokauppa.com uses Finvoice e-invoicing.


Do I need to authenticate with my online banking credentials for every purchase?

  • No, authentication is only required once for the business account. However, if the company's address, name, or email details are changed, the next order must be verified using online banking credentials.


How can I verify my identity in-store?

  • A valid passport, driver's license, or ID card issued by a Finnish authority is accepted as proof of identity.


Can someone else pick up my Business Invoice order?

  • If the order is placed online, the customer must authorize the pickup person by entering their full name in the "I want to add another pickup person" field on the delivery method tab. For in-store orders, the name of the pickup person can be provided to the salesperson.


Can I pay more than the current outstanding balance?

  • Yes. Any extra payment reduces credit costs for the portion of the credit period that remains unused.


I returned a product purchased with a Business Invoice. How do I get a refund?

  • Once the product is returned to Verkkokauppa.com, we will notify Walley. Walley will handle the refund process directly with you.


Where can I get more information about invoicing or credit decisions?

  • Walley customer service assists with all questions regarding invoicing and credit decisions.
