Viral Payback Campaign Rules

Campaign Period
The campaign runs from August 18, 2025, to September 6, 2025.
How to Participate
To participate in the Viral Payback campaign, post a qualifying video on your TikTok channel and attend the Viral Payback event at the Verkkokauppa.com Helsinki store on Saturday, September 6, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM. Based on your video's view count, you can claim a product from the corresponding category, subject to availability at the time of redemption.
The campaign is open to all residents of Finland aged 18 and over.
Video Requirements
To qualify for the Viral Payback campaign, your video must meet the following criteria:
- The video mentions Verkkokauppa.com and Viral Payback
- @Verkkokauppacom is tagged in the video description
- The video must be posted during the campaign period: August 18, 2025 – September 6, 2025
- The video must comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Content must not be offensive or inappropriate.
- Unauthorized use of third-party content or names is prohibited.
Event and Redemption Rules
Participation also requires attending the Viral Payback event at the Verkkokauppa.com Helsinki store on Saturday, September 6, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Products can only be redeemed on the specified date at the Viral Payback station on the ground floor of the Helsinki store. Products are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants may redeem one product per redemption. If a participant has multiple qualifying videos, they must rejoin the queue after each redemption to claim another product.
One product can be redeemed per approved video. Verkkokauppa.com will verify that the video meets all requirements and check the view count at the time of redemption. Viewers must be located in Finland. Verkkokauppa.com will "like" the video from its official TikTok account once it has been reviewed and approved for the campaign.
Verkkokauppa.com may request a valid ID to verify the participant's age during redemption.
Product Categories
Participants can redeem products from the following categories based on their video's view count:
If products in the category earned by views are out of stock when it is the participant's turn to redeem, they may choose a product from any lower category.
Organizer's Liability
Verkkokauppa.com is responsible for any lottery tax related to the campaign.
Participants release Verkkokauppa.com and any other partners involved in the campaign from any liability for damages caused or alleged to be caused by participating in this campaign. Verkkokauppa.com's liability toward participants shall not exceed the value or quantity of the individual products mentioned in these rules. Verkkokauppa.com is not responsible for technical or other issues that prevent a participant
Muut ehdot
Kampanjaan osallistumisen perusteella lunastettava tuote on henkilökohtainen eikä sitä voi vaihtaa rahaksi. Tuotteilla on kuittiin merkitty takuu, mutta ei palautusoikeutta. Viallinen tuote voidaan vaihtaa uuteen, mutta sitä ei hyvitetä.
Mikäli järjestäjällä on syytä epäillä osallistujaa väärinkäytöksistä tai näiden sääntöjen vastaisesta toiminnasta, järjestäjällä on oikeus hylätä osallistuminen ilman erillistä ilmoitusta.
Verkkokauppa.com pidättää oikeuden muuttaa kilpailun ehtoja. Sisältöä muutetaan tarvittaessa kampanjan hyvän toteutumisen varmistamiseksi. Sääntöjä ei muuteta osallistujan yksityisyydensuojaa haittaavasti.
Kampanja ei ole TikTokin sponsoroima, suosittelema tai hallinnoima. Kampanjan sääntöjen lisäksi osallistujat sitoutuvat kuitenkin noudattamaan kyseisen sosiaalisen median palvelun käyttöehtoja ja sääntöjä.
Verkkokauppa.com ottaa tarvittaessa erikseen yhteyttä niihin henkilöihin, joiden tuottamaa sisältöä Verkkokauppa.com haluaisi hyödyntää omassa markkinoinnissaan. Sisällön käyttö edellyttää erillistä, osapuolten välillä tehtävää sopimusta.
Kampanja ei millään tavalla liity TikTokiin. Osallistujat vapauttavat TikTokin kampanjaa koskevista ja siihen liittyvistä vastuista ja vaatimuksista.
