What makes a good product review?
A great review is an honest, clear, and detailed account of your experience with the product. Most importantly, write in your own voice. Describe the usability, quality, and everything you wish you’d known before buying. Share your experience just as you would with a friend.
Key things to remember
- Provide at least an overall star rating for the product
- Detailed ratings are optional
- Reviews must be at least 50 characters long
- You can include product photos – please ensure they don't contain identifiable people or personal information
- Nicknames and email addresses don't need to be unique, but you must use a valid email address to enter the gift card prize draw
- Product reviews should focus only on the product – not the shopping experience, delivery time, or price
- Keep your content appropriate – we do not accept hate speech, racism, insults, or advertising
- Reviews can be written in Finnish or English – we do not publish reviews in other languages
- If you have questions about the product, please use the separate Questions and Answers section; we do not publish product questions in the review section
