Best printer
Overall I am using the BROTHER printers for more than four years. Using the new printer DCPT580DW for more than 2 months. Happy with the quality of the print. Its a perfect printer for home. This Ink tank printer is cost effective comparing to ink jet or catridge. Worth spending for it for a long run.Go for it.
Great little printer
I needed a printer that was small and could scan as well as print. This does both. Scanning is really easy as there is an icon on my desktop which I just click on and it scan as easily as that.

Quality is good but ink shows through paper 80gsm.

Purchased Dec 2025..it was a reasonable price (..looking to replace canon orinter (terrible) ..seems quite good so far..there was also a discount following purchase ..an added bonus..but not that which persuaded me
Quick to print and good quality, excellent value
I have used Brother printers for many years and found them to be a good, solid and very reliable choice; this carries on the tradition. It connects seamlessly to my network without needing to download drivers, wakes quickly from sleep and is reasonably fast and produces good quality output. The small footprint is perfect for small desks. Being a refillable inkjet the running costs should be very low
Problem with Firmware
this printer is very good, however, i am getting messages that the firmware needs to be updated. Unfortunately during the process i need to enter the printers password into the process and when i do so i get error messages saying the password is wrong. As far as i know i have not changed the password. Please help
