This was purchased after a previous Brother printer could not be used. Being a less complex model ie no touchscreen, it suits my printing & copy needs. I like the fact I can store paper in the base, as the interim HP did not have this & was noisy. Brother printers are quiet & although can be slow when given complex detailed work I have found this to be a bonus as it is always produced good quality. Was easy to set up using the app too. Looks good on the desk real estate. Recommended no fuss printer.

Really precise print quality, the best I've ever had but sadly let down by the what can only only be described as an appalling online manual. 2 stars knocked off purely for that reason.

Got this new brothers printer to replace my old brothers printer which stopped working by saying Inkpad full .

This printer does the job but I am disappointed that it doesn’t print both sides of the paper like my old one did so I use twice as much.

I have a new Brother printer and the quality is amazing thanks and so easy to order my ink when needed.

First time I have had a Brother printer very pleased with it so far.

I felt the stet up and user instructions could be clearer especially for older people.

When it works it produces good quality print but an easily accessible menu to address issues would save so much time. There should be an on/off button for when l am away. Not disconnect it. That wears out the connection plug. Buttons are badly labelled. Manual implies wifi button has inner light not just pinpoint above it. I could go on. It is quite good for the price but not easy to operate especially when printer is upstairs and l am downstairs.

Easy to use, I’m not very technical but found it easy to set up. So many things are pdf these days so it comes in really handy. I’m very happy with it. I also have 2 brother sewing machines plus a label maker so I knew it would be good

I bought it 26/02/26 & I hate it it's got a mind of it's own it either will print or it won't. I can print a document off a website but not a document I have created myself. I previously had a Brother DCPJ315W for over 13 years & I loved it especially the screen where you could see exactly what was going on this new one is just flashing lights. Sadly my old printer stopped working as no printer drivers no longer available for Windows 11 so I had no choice but to get a new one

I have been using this machine for 4 weeks now, reliable and good quality prints, I've not tried printing Photos yet

It was a little hard to set up but done it in the end. It is a very smooth machine and prints really well. And also it has individual print cartridges.

This is the second Brother Printer I have bought, though initially pleased with thr Printer and quite easy set up, you have drastically let yourselves down with the OBSCENE prices for replacement ink cartridges.

i bought this printer as my old brother packed in good printer reason for 4 stars is the inks cost nearly as much as the printer so for people who print a lot it would be very exspensive

Generally very good. Reasonably easy to set up wireless printing. Pity there is no USB cable supplied so I haven't tried this yet. Great output from my laptop - completely trouble-free. Problem with app printing from my Samsung mobile - prints in MASSIVE font and steps suggested to correct aren't relevant as buttons mentioned don't exist.

I was sorry my previous printer was too old to be compatible to our new WiFi but I’m delighted to have found this printer, very efficient

Having to replace my old printer I wanted to keep the same facilities of Wi-Fi printing, copying and scanning. The Brother does everything required. Compared to my old system the new unit is much smaller and quieter. As I only do documents the print quality is more than acceptable. Setting up was helpful and a doddle.

I needed to print stuff this was a good price it took me cages to connect though. Itcwould nit connect to ky phone or chromebook or even windows laptop.

I had to order a physical cable. Itcworks now but only on my laptop. I can use my phone which id blooming annoying

I don't use a printer very much, and over the last few years have had problems with the various printers I've bought ... not easy to set up; not staying online; not being easy to use; not being user-friendly etc. So I was unsure how a Brother printer would turn out. What a great and pleasant surprise it was to me that it was easy to set up, and so easy to use for printing and scanning. No hassle. Does the job I want. Thank you Brother.

I have no words! The best printer I've ever bought. Great features, easy to install and use. I love the free subscription for ink, and you can chose your subscription based on useage. Definately value for money. I have another brother product, a scan n cut, so I knew this printer was a safe bet.

i got it yesterday had a job getting it sorted but very pleased with the printing.much better than the one it replaces.havnt trie photos yet
