The ceramic coating ensures even heating and gives the bread a golden-brown color, crispy surface, and juicy interior. Additionally, the plates are easy to clean because food residues do not stick. The ceramic heating plates remain glossy and in good condition for a long time. The shell-shaped cooking surfaces keep the fillings inside the bread and ensure they do not leak out during grilling.
