The installer will connect water and drain hoses carefully to prevent tight bends or wear from friction. They will also check all connections for leaks to ensure everything is sealed properly.

Installation Process

The service includes removing the packaging from your new washing machine and cleaning up the packaging waste. The installer will take off any transport supports that protect the drum and machine during shipping. It’s recommended to keep these supports after removal for possible future use.

What’s Included

The installer will place the washing machine in its intended location and balance it. Water and drain hoses will be installed in a way that avoids strain or wear. The installer ensures all connections are tight and leak-free. However, no furniture adjustments, such as moving cabinets or countertops, are part of the service. Also, changing the door opening side of the washing machine is not included.

Important Notes

If the washing machine does not fit in the allocated space, installation cannot be completed. The power cord and hoses must be long enough to reach their connections; otherwise, installation is not possible. These lengths are listed in the product description. If the machine is to be installed under a dryer, removing and reinstalling the dryer is not part of the service. Please make sure to detach and move the dryer before installation; otherwise, the installer cannot complete the work.

Additional Tips

If the washing machine is installed outside a wet area, a safety tray must be placed underneath. Remember to turn off the water tap after each use to avoid any water damage.
