Bought this product as my last one never let me down

Bought it to replace a Sony tv I bought in 2011 which no longer worked. No problems with the broken tv for 15 years so bought another slightly larger Sony tv. Easy set - up, good picture and sound quality.

Fantastic TV, easy to set up. A fantastic upgrade on previous Sony Bravia TV which wasn't a smart TV. Sony never let me down 👍👍👍

I hope it lasts longer than my old Bravia that had a screen failure 1 month after warranty ended. The new one seems slower in OS response times.

Great sound - I can emphasise speech so need the subtitles less frequently, great picture, and lovely picturesque rolling screensavers when the tv is on standby.

Good picture for the price we paid . However slow to load and menus very complex

Screen and sound quality are good; however, there is no Freeview or Live TV capability. You have to use the installed apps like BBC iPlayer or ITVX to access live tv so this TV is not suitable for people who are used to traditional TV.

I bought this tv on 25 September and so far it has come up to my expectations, easy to hang on wall, easy to set up,sound and picture excellent, at this moment in time i cannot fault it

Bought because it was a trusted make, recommended for sound quality and ease of setup. Although the sound is quite good occasionally it's not consistent. Wobbly on its feet and feels flimsy. Very confusing to set up. Far too many ways to select a channel or a specific input and lots of fussy menus which are hard to navigate. Reliance on Google means that you are likely to be steered for commercial reasons. Overlaying this are numerous unsolicited graphics and 'Disney' pictures which add to the confusion. Specific problem was picking up a perfectly strong WiFi signal. Fortunately, we had Roku as backup which ran uninterrupted. We didn't feel it was good value overall.

I have spent a week with so far with my sony bravia 3. The picture is outstanding and sound full and bass and clear high. That fill the room. and overall interface and apps work flawless. Also love the snappines. It Is a solid 10/10. For me.

Coming from Samsung tv in the past. I Wish I had bought a Sony TV year's ago. The last sony tv i bought tritron. There that good. Thanks sony.

Good tv with the softwares, I am enjoying it. Just that the set up could be difficult for the old adults. Also good price with the Blue light card

It’s a jolly good TV, but perhaps I just don’t appreciate the finer points of a viewing experience. The most annoying thing is that the only ‘terrestrial’ old-school channel app natively available is Channel 4. To get the others - iPlayer, 5, etc, you have to go to a downloader site and download them from some website. I haven’t done that yet, so just shoved my firestick in the back. Not sure if that’s affecting the picture (my daughter thinks it does) and it does make it marginally ‘laggy’.

We are delighted with our purchase. The sound is amazing, especially after 'putting up with' dreadful sound from other brands. Nothing negative to report. Highly recommend Sony products. You won't be disappointed.

Having great difficulty registering and activating some channels. I get so far and it comes up with error and says to use a different email. Have tried this but still the same.

I am very happy with my tv. It was easy to set up, easy to use. The back up from Sony is excellent.

The good things about Sony TVs are good on this one - picture, sound, design. The bad things are awful - Google TV is a bored version of android. The external device connection is unbearable, asking for setup everytime you turn the same device on! And you can no longer set apps as devices. Awful usability.

Second one of these we have purchased. Suits our needs.

Very happy with our new TV. We wanted a bigger set and love the great picture and various new features it has.

It brilliant picture/sound/and format as this was my 3rd tv the other two had screen damage i still brought the 3 cos sony are good tvs ive had sony 50 years

Yet Sony doesn’t let you on itv x ?

Disappointed and annoyed every time I switch on. Always brings up Google TV and will not Switch to "last view" ie TV or last channel despite going through the settings to set up my preference. No wish to review unwanted TV offerings. Customer choice is being overridden
