It sits adjacent to our LG tumble dryer and that turned out to be a coincidence as it was chosen because of its functions, and other listed customer reviews And we are becoming very much an LG products home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer it drys the clothing perfectly, they do not shead as much. The drying time is selected by the program, the different drying program works excellently but I usually use the automatic programming it works out the clothing weight and the lenght of time to dry the clothing to the standard that you require. I would recommend this dryer to everyone one and I have.

The installation was extremely easy and using the LG app is really useful for things like reminding you to empty the machine when it’s finished.

I would highly recommend this washing machine, it’s extremely useful and also looks great, what more could you need?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washing machine. Our old one was LG and lasted 12 years. Hence why we decided to go to LG again. The new one is amazing. Love the AI function. Also you can download more programs via the app. This helps the machine to have a clearer look. We are impressed from the first use. Very quiet even when it spins at 1400 rpm. There’s an immediate difference between the performance of our old machine and that one. Clothes comes out and feels more refreshed. No need to mention the electricity usage as it use a lot less. This can be tracked on the app. Very few pleased with this washing machine and hope it will serve us well same as the old one, as it’s another quality product by LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are 10 wash cycles in and I can say it's a very quiet, efficient machine and puts enough water in the drum to properly wash the clothes. The AI Washing feature works extremely well.

The first thing I noticed is how quiet it runs, even during high spins. It looks sleek and modern in the kitchen. My absolute favorite feature has to be the AI mode. It detects the load and usually finishes the wash much quicker than any of the traditional modes I've used on older machines, without compromising on how clean the clothes get.

The ThinQ app is also surprisingly easy to navigate. It’s perfect for downloading specialized wash cycles that aren’t physically listed on the dial itself. Highly recommend this machine if you're looking for an upgrade!

This machine seems good so far but only the time will tell you if it is worth for the extra couple of hundred pounds for this AI machine. Time delay is different from old fashion machines. ie new LG got delay end not the traditional delay start. Can't set delay finish on app though.
