Download programs that perfectly fit your everyday life.

When using a dishwasher, sometimes the program might not fully suit your individual needs. Bosch dishwashers with program download capability offer the option to download additional programs to the device via the Home Connect app. Downloading programs ensures a perfect dishwashing result thanks to programs tailored to your specific needs.

Smart program selection

Wondering which program to use for dishwashing? With the program assistant, choosing is easy. Answer a few questions in the Home Connect app about the type and soil level of your dishes, as well as your personal preferences regarding energy efficiency, desired dryness, wash duration, and quietness, and the system will recommend the right program. Press start. You’ll get perfectly clean dishes with minimal effort.

Start your favorite program with one touch

Enjoy your network-connected dishwasher and make life easier. With the favorite program feature, you can set the most used programs and settings as a favorite combination. The programmed setting can be started via the Home Connect app or directly from the display. For example, combine the Extra Dry option with the Eco 50° program and start the dishwasher with one touch.

ExtraDry program

Plastic dishes often remain wet after dishwashing. For this reason, Bosch dishwashers have the ExtraDry program. It raises the temperature during the final rinse and extends the drying time. This ensures that plastic items, such as baby bottles or picnic containers, come out sparkling clean and completely dry.

Validated hygiene effectiveness

Viruses like coronavirus and influenza are effectively destroyed in the Eco 50°C program, which has been tested by the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology (level 1 hygiene label). Higher temperature programs can achieve significantly higher hygiene levels and are effective against more resistant viruses, such as enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. This was confirmed for the Intensive 70°C program and the Machine Care maintenance cycle (level 3 hygiene label).

More space where needed

The height-adjustable upper basket provides extra space for tall dishes in the upper or lower basket whenever needed.

Silence on demand function

Sometimes you need an especially quiet environment at home to focus on something else. In such cases, you can activate the Silence on demand function via the Home Connect app. This function quiets your dishwasher as needed. The noise level is reduced to a minimum for up to 30 minutes, after which the dishwasher returns to normal operation—that is, the ongoing wash program.

Wireless remote control and voice control

Home Connect enables wireless remote control with a smartphone or tablet. Thanks to the partner Amazon Alexa, you can even control your appliance with your voice. Check if the Home Connect function is available in the Alexa app in your country and language. Activate the corresponding "skill" and connect Amazon Alexa to your appliance.

Your dishwasher keeps you informed

It’s a waste of time to wait for the dishwasher’s wash program to finish, especially if your schedule is busy. Home Connect makes life easier because you can receive notifications from your appliance to your mobile phone, keeping you always up to date. You don’t have to wait for the wash program to end; the Home Connect app conveniently shows the current status of the wash program and other information you might need. Multitasking has never been easier.

Remote support in case of error

It can be stressful if your appliances don’t work as they should. Remote Diagnostics helps. Call Bosch customer service, and with your permission, Bosch customer service will examine your appliance remotely, identify the problem, and give you clear instructions to resolve it. If the problem cannot be solved remotely, Bosch can notify a service technician who can come to your home to fix the appliance, bringing all necessary parts with them. Smart support, smart solutions.
