Make perfect Asian-inspired dishes with the Scanpan CTX series wok pan. This spacious wok pan combines modern design with top-level performance. The jet-black coating and brushed stainless steel exterior ensure both style and practicality. Scanpan's most durable non-stick coating prevents food from sticking while allowing for beautiful and even browning.

The thick construction of the wok pan ensures perfect heat distribution, making it an ideal kitchen tool for intense stir-frying and sautéing. This pan works on all cooktops, including induction, and is also oven-safe up to 250 °C.

Products in the CTX series are manufactured at Scanpan's own factory in Denmark. The series' construction focuses on performance and practicality: each product consists of five layers, each serving its own purpose. The steel provides durability and induction compatibility, while the aluminum core ensures heat is conducted evenly and efficiently. The stylish exterior with a satin-finished steel creates a stunning contrast to the black interior, bringing timeless Danish design to your kitchen.
