The Scanpan CTX sauté pan is a versatile kitchen tool that is perfectly suited for sauce-based dishes, long simmering, and frying. The higher sides of the pan compared to a regular frying pan make it an excellent choice for dishes that require stirring or a lot of liquid. The sauté pan offers a large cooking surface that is ideal for browning meat, and the included tempered glass lid with a brushed steel edge completes its usability.

The CTX series represents Danish top quality. The five-layer construction combines the durability and induction compatibility of steel with the efficient heat conductivity of aluminum. Additionally, the innovative Stratanium non-stick coating allows for easy cooking and cleaning. This coating withstands metal kitchen utensils and provides an excellent non-stick surface.
