The Scanpan CTX frying pan combines stylish design, top quality, and versatile usability. Finished with a raven-black non-stick coating and brushed stainless steel, this pan is an excellent choice for cooking, baking, and serving. Thanks to its two short handles, the pan functions not only as a frying pan but also as a stylish serving dish. The high sides make it easier to stir, add broth, and simmer dishes.

Products in the CTX series are manufactured at Scanpan's own factory in Denmark. The series' construction focuses on performance and practicality: each product consists of five layers, each with its own purpose. The steel provides durability and induction compatibility, while the aluminum core ensures that heat is conducted evenly and efficiently. The sleek exterior with satin-finished steel creates a stunning contrast to the black interior, bringing timeless Danish design to the kitchen.
