The Scanpan CTX frying pan is the perfect choice for small households and quick cooking moments in everyday life. It combines cutting-edge technology with elegant design. The durable Stratanium coating and brushed stainless steel exterior ensure excellent heat distribution and make the frying pan the most durable on the market.

The pan's curved edges facilitate working with kitchen utensils, and the convenient handle stays cool during cooking. It is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and withstands oven temperatures up to 250 °C.

Products in the CTX series are manufactured at Scanpan's own factory in Denmark. The series' construction focuses on performance and practicality: each product consists of five layers, each serving its own purpose. Steel provides durability and induction compatibility, while the aluminum core ensures heat is conducted evenly and efficiently.
