  1. Solid smartwatch with a beautiful display

    I got this watch just last month and overall I've been really happy with it. The display is one of the best parts bright, sharp, and easy to read even outside. I've been using it for daily tracking and workouts, and the Fitbit integration works really well. The morning briefing and recovery info are actually useful, which I wasn't expecting.

    Battery life gets me through a full day easily with the always-on display on. Comfort is great too it's lightweight and sits nicely on the wrist. The porcelain color looks clean and matches everything.

    The only small downsides: setup took a bit longer than expected with some syncing hiccups, and for the price I wish the charger felt a bit more premium. Still, if you're already using Google products, this is a solid choice.

  2. Kaatumisen havaitseminen ei toimi Suomessa!

    Ostin tämän kellon iäkkäälle äidilleni, koska siinä pitäisi olla kaatumisen havaitsemiseen sopiva teknologia ja vieläpä niin että kello osaa soittaa apua (kännykän kautta, johon kello on yhteydessä bluetoothilla). Kävi ilmi, että asetuksissa tämä ominaisuus oli tavallaan "harmaana" (disabled) eikä sitä voinut kytkeä käyttöliittymän liukukytkimellä ollenkaan päälle. Päivitin kellon käyttöjärjestelmän uusimpaan versioon, jonka jälkeen valikko hävisi asetuksista kokonaan.

    Googlen sivuilta paljastui, että ominaisuutta ei tueta virallisesti ainakaan tällä hetkellä Suomessa lainkaan, joten sitä ei pitäisi täällä myöskään tuotteen ominaisuutena mainostaa.

    Kellon käytettävyys oli muutenkin lyhyen kokeilun perusteella aika keskinkertainen. Laite kuumeni myös aivan älyttömästi oltuaan pienen hetken latauksessa ja pysyi aika kuumana sen jälkeenkin.

    Netissä on myös raportteja, että käyttöliittymä saattaa jumiutua niin etteivät napit tee mitään. Tähän auttaa vain virtojen katkaiseminen.

    Aika erikoista että tämä on jo tuotteen neljäs evoluutio. Palautin tuotteen.
