So far I love the sound, the comfort, the battery life and the blue tooth. The head band is my biggest gripe. The size adjustment part is soft and it relaxes to a larger size very easily. I pull the headphones away from my ear to hear someone talking to me and it expands. I hang my headphones from the corsair headphone mount and it expands. Its just too loose. In addition to that, the "leather" material on the top is already coming off. unglued or separating from the foam or unpinched from the lower half. Looks terrible.

It’s just okay I don’t think it’s not worth the price point the software is mediocre and there are better alternatives out there. The build quality is cheap and the middle band has already started snapping with normal use. I would go with a different brand for a next headset

Recently received the Virtuoso Max Wirelress headset and I can say with certainty the quality of the headset seemed to have gone downhill a lot. This is my 3rd purchase in the past 3-4 years because I genuinely like this headset a lot.

The recent headset I purchased started having issues right away, the most pressing one being the microphone isn't picking up my voice all the time; and there's a constant static noise in the headset any time I speak through the mic. It's very obnoxious to deal with when I'm on voice with friends.

Sound quality is great. Headset is very heavy and cushioning is not super comfortable for long use times. A thicker cushion or a wider headband to disperse the weight would be much better. Hardware performance with Dolby Atmos is good enough to justify the price.

This is the first wireless headset I bought. The sound is good, I like the lights and its nice to have one software on my pc to run it as I have mostly corsair perifials. The only problem is the band that connects the two speakers it cannot deal with the stress of the weight of the speakers and cracks. My first headset cracked and then the headset wouldn't stay on my head. I contacted Corsair and they fixed it. I did have to send the headset in and I was without it for a week but they fixed it. Im on my second headset now and just with the action of putting the headset on the band cracked again. Im not pulling the speakers apart any farther than I need to, just wide enough to get it on and it still cracked. This time it cracked in a spot that the headset is still usable but when it gets to the point that I cant use it im just going to cut my losses and get a different headset.

Comfortable and good sound not sure if there is a fix for it but sometimes the noise cancelling will start to have some weird ticking noises so I do a soft reset (hold the mute button for 15secs) and it goes away and some music at higher volumes comes through alittle rough but overall really good product

First set they shipped was broken. I had to pay to ship them back for RMA for the replacement headset.

I’m very impressed with this headset. The sound quality has improved significantly compared to the first Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE I purchased years ago. With Dolby Atmos, the audio experience in games, movies, and music is immersive and detailed.

The design is sleek, the materials feel durable, and the battery life is excellent—lasting me about a week when using Bluetooth.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the maximum volume. I wish it could go just a bit higher.

Overall, I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the Virtuoso MAX Wireless. It delivers premium performance and comfort, making it a headset I truly enjoy using every day.

Decent sound but the padding is falling apart less than a year after buying

I purchased this premium gaming headset after owning a pair of Virtuoso Wireless headphones for a couple of years. This felt like the logical upgrade because of the reported improvement in sound quality and battery life.

In terms of actually using the headset, it is probably the best gaming headset I have owned to date. The battery life is excellent and I have never once had to worry about it getting low or dying during a long gaming session. The microphone quality is brilliant, voices come through crystal clear, the noise cancellation is very good and the overall volume and sound quality are excellent. The problem is the physical quality.

I have not even owned this headset for a year and the headband has already snapped right across the middle. Before that happened, the faux leather wrapping around the top of the headband had already started separating at the seam.

For a premium headset at this price, I think that is really poor and I am genuinely annoyed and disappointed by it. I have looked after the headset and expected it to last considerably longer than this.

I now need to replace it, but I am reluctant to simply buy another one because I have already had a fairly major quality issue in less than a year.

It is frustrating because everything else about the headset is superb. The sound, microphone and battery life are all fantastic, but none of that really matters if the physical product cannot hold together for even a year.

Buy with caution.

I love this headset came in a great carrying box option to change lights in the sides are cool love the option to remove the mic and still be able to talk I also use this head set to listen to music in my phone quick charging I would re buy this product again if I was to gift them to someone down side is I do hear popping sometimes and I have to removed the usb and turn the headset off them it’s gone also noticed sometimes the headset will stay on even when not in use reducing the battery life overall I’ll give it 9 out of 10, i had a issued before and I got a replacement with the help with Corsair members it was resolved and I was very satisfied thank you I will be buy more products again
