The intense heat sears meat, fish, and vegetables with attractive and delicious grill marks. The efficient, redesigned PureBlu burners ignite reliably and maintain a steady gas flow. Thanks to them, heat is evenly distributed across the entire grilling area. The side burner allows for simmering and sautéing, the temperature is easily visible on the clear digital thermometer, and the NIGHTVISION LED light integrated into the handle automatically turns on when the lid is lifted. The expandable upper rack increases the grilling area and keeps smaller and more delicate foods above the flame. The porcelain-enameled, cast iron Weber Crafted grill grates are compatible with Gourmet BBQ System accessories. You can place various separately sold accessories on the grates, such as a roasting rack, pizza stone, or griddle, to diversify your grilling. Just add the Weber Crafted frame pack (sold separately) and your desired Weber Crafted grilling accessory (sold separately). If you place the large customizable side table in the slot or snap various separately sold Weber Works accessories onto its rail, the side table becomes an excellent spot for storing grilling tools and spices, food prep, and serving.
