Tuote toimi heti koneeseen kytkennän jälkeen, noin 2 viikkoa ollut käytössä, välillä yhteys joko pätkii/jäätyy tai katkeaa hetkellisesti kokonaan ainakin puhelimesta nettiä jaettaessa.
Nettipelejä pelatessa pingi heittelee satunnaisesti taivaisiin tai yhteys katkeaa. Videoita katsellessa tai nettiä selaillessa, nettipuheluissa toimii ilman ongelmaa.
