Suojakotelo suojaa ipadia erittäin hyvin. Mangneetinen näytön suoja pysyy hyvin kiinni ja sen voi helposti kääntää tueksi ipadin taakse. Jos käyttää apple penciliä tai muuta vastaavaa kynää sen voi laittaa suojaan kuoren sisällä olevaan osioon tai mahneettiseen ipadin kylkeen.
