Tämä 2.5 gigan kytkin mahdollistaa nopeammankin tiedonsiirton mm. kodin sisäisessä verkossa nopean netin lisäksi. Lisäksi monissa tietokoneissa on jo 2.5 gigan kyvykkyys, joten tällä kytkimellä pärjää kauan.
