this is our best machine yet by a long shot, and we've had quite a few. Features we like....being able to remove and clean the brewing unit is a huge plus,,we used to send our earlier machines away for cleaning totally clogged and failing....the steam wand as opposed to a plastic tub in the fridge..(those tubs are a pain) The screen interface is a very sophisticated improvement on early ones. It seems to use a bit less coffee than our earlier machines?..(the discard slugs seem smaller) We'll see how long it goes without cracking up but my friend with one has already had a long trouble free run with his. This machine seems to us to be state of the art at the moment. Can't find a negative.

Siistin näköinen laite ja pienempi kuin aiempi DeLonghi. Hyvää kahvia, veden sekä papaujen lisäys helppoa.

I have tried many coffee machines and this is the best. I also love the extra coffee bin as my husband likes decaf and I like a strong black.

Great addition to any coffee loving household. Easy to set up. Fun to try out all of the different coffee settings that are compatible with your taste. Like I said everything is easy. The interface is simple to understand. It is like having a coffee shop at home. Just buy it. It will be money well spent.

Great tasting coffee by a fine looking machine. Veey happy with this purchase.

Very happy with my purchase

Just having a bit of trouble getting the wand in place

The Jura coffee machine that we had for the last >10 years was at the end of its useful life, so we researched a replacement.

Key elements for us to be met in selection were:

1. quality of coffee output - we don't drink milky coffees, so wanted something that would be a black coffee star in delivery
2. reasonably priced - there is a wide range that can be paid for a machine of this type so wanted to minimise avoidable outlay
3. great UX in reviews - subjective as always, but a consideration nevertheless.

The Rivelia, which we picked up on sale, delivers 9/10 on all of these elements.

Coffee produced is great, individuality of setup for commonly consumed drinks is simple and effective, and it has a surprisingly smaller footprint than it looks to have online. Additionally, the ability to avoid having to purchase a milk reservoir which would never be used - and have a wand for hot water instead for those espressos - was perfetto.

This unit delivers great coffee and is recommended by this household!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last Delonghi automatic coffee machine lasted over 10 years, and when it was finally came time to replace it, we knew we wanted another Delonghi machine, and 5 months in, we are so happy with our new Rivelia. It makes perfect coffee, and we love the smaller machine size, and the ease of use (from filling or swapping the bean hopper, access to the water tank and the simple digital menu).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this machine last week and love it. My older manual machine was so different. I love how I have the coffee style I want so quickly and easily. I’m just sorry I didn’t get it earlier. Having 2 coffee dispensers means I can chop and change too. Easy to clean and looks great. Smaller than my old Magnifica.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have loved this machine. I have my own coffee profile and with a press of the button, it gives me a fantastic coffee every morning. We loved this machine so much, I brought one for my mother in laws birthday. I don't need to venture down to the coffee shop anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 months ago and still love it. With many coffee drinkers in the house the multi person personalised setting is a great feature. We can all have our coffee the way we want it at the touch of a button. It is easy to clean and maintain. This was an important feature to our busy family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked at many coffee machines and finally decided on the Rivalia. It has been fantastic. We have had it for approximately 3 weeks and has been wonderful. We each have our coffee orders saved which makes it so easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best purchase ever was Delonghi rivelia coffee machine. Wish we brought one sooner. This machine had the best reviews by choice magazine and must say it does not disappoint. One touch operation. So easy to use. Love you can set up your individual preferences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our long serving Magnifica S developed a leak after many years of daily use so when it came time to upgrade another Delonghi was an easy choice. The Rivelia is a great looking machine - much more modern looking than other machines. The digital interface is super easy to use for the whole family. I was a bit skeptical on the milk carafe system but it works really well freeing you up to do other tasks while the milk froths itself. After a bit of trial and error with settings Coffee is great and we are happy with the machine. The only downsides are the grounds container and water tank are a bit smaller than other machines but not an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a good coffee most of the time. Occasional there is a beep while it’s making a coffee like an overheating warning or something and it will stop. Can be quite annoying
