With the special PowerWash wash program, you can quickly get your dishes spotless, and by combining it with the Quick shortening function, you achieve sparkling results in less than an hour. AutoDos and PowerDisk – Automatic Detergent Dispensing
With Miele's automatic AutoDos dispensing system, you can wash all your dishes sparkling clean together with the convenient PowerDisk dispensing cartridge. The system always dispenses the right amount of detergent according to the selected wash program or, in the automatic program, based on the soil level of the dishes. The result is always brilliantly clean dishes, effortlessly. No more overdosing or underdosing, always the right amount of detergent. One PowerDisk cartridge lasts for about 20 washes, approximately one month of normal use. The device comes with one dispensing cartridge and a voucher that can be redeemed for six months of PowerDisk detergent free of charge on Miele’s website.

Knock2Open Knock Mechanism
Miele’s unique Knock2Open knock mechanism allows the dishwasher to be installed without a handle, covered only with a cabinet panel. This way, the dishwasher integrates even better into your kitchen. By knocking twice on the dishwasher door, the motor automatically pushes the door open. However, if you want to use a handle, the Knock2Open function can be disabled and the appliance used traditionally with a handle.

GalaEdition Basket Design
Thanks to Miele’s most versatile basket design, the dishwasher fits dishes of many sizes and shapes. Thanks to the FlexCare wine glass and bottle racks on both sides of the lower basket, even delicate wine glasses are gently cleaned. The foldable bottle racks integrated into the holders allow drinking bottles to be thoroughly cleaned in the dishwasher. The bottle racks also have gentle silicone padding that securely holds the bottles in place. The GalaEdition model additionally features a separate, foldable silicone-padded FlexCare wine glass rack at the front of the lower basket. Thanks to the new MultiClip holders on the sides of the lower basket, lightweight containers stay securely in place during washing. The XL-assist holder makes it easier to place large dishes, such as bowls and pots, into the lower basket. Due to the wavy structure of the lower basket, you can place plates in up to three different rows. This allows washing plates of different sizes simultaneously. Plates up to 35 cm wide fit in the lower basket. The upper basket’s FlexCare cup rack is equipped with silicone-padded holders for gentle cleaning of shorter-stemmed wine glasses.

3D MultiFlex Cutlery Tray
The patented 3D MultiFlex cutlery tray hygienically cleans cutlery without scratching and optimizes the use of space in the machine in an unprecedented way. The width and depth of the tray can be adjusted suitably, for example, for washing ladles, whisks, or other small items. If desired, you can move the third cutlery tray’s left side to the right if you need extra space on the upper basket’s edges, for example, for large wine glasses. The right side of the tray moves up and down in depth, allowing washing of larger cutlery or cups. Perfect cleaning results are ensured by the third cutlery tray’s own full-length spray arm.

AutoOpen Drying
At the end of the wash program, the door automatically opens slightly, allowing hot steam to escape from the wash compartment. This improves drying results and speeds up the cooling of dishes. Dishes can thus be put away in the cabinet more quickly. The intelligent system also protects the countertop from steam released from the wash compartment.

BrilliantLight Illumination
Four LED lights inside the dishwasher brightly illuminate the entire interior. You can clearly see when emptying the dishwasher even in dim lighting.

Low Water Consumption
Miele dishwashers’ automatic program uses as little as 6.0 liters of water – much less than a kitchen sink holds. The device’s sensors detect both the soil level of the dishes and the load size during the initial rinse phase, allowing water consumption to be kept optimally low without compromising washing results. High-quality Profi circulation pumps regulate water pressure according to the wash program.

Partial Load Detection
You don’t have to fill the dishwasher completely, as the device detects if it is partially loaded and adjusts water and electricity consumption accordingly.

Warm Water Connection
All Miele dishwashers can be connected to warm water (60 degrees Celsius). Using the warm water connection enables up to 40% lower energy consumption and 9% faster wash programs.

Height-Adjustable Upper Basket
Optimal use of space: the height of the upper basket can be adjusted in up to nine different positions in 2 cm increments – if needed, the basket can even be tilted to optimize space usage. The adjustability allows you to create the extra space you need either in the upper or lower level.

StrawClean
Thanks to the StrawClean straw rack located in the lower basket, reusable metal, plastic, or glass straws can be cleaned hygienically and effortlessly. The special design ensures even curved straws are cleaned perfectly.

Miele@Home – Control Your Dishwasher Remotely
The dishwasher can be connected as part of the Miele@Home system. The connected appliance can be controlled via the MobileControl function through a smart device, allowing you to select the wash program and additional functions directly through the Miele app. The app also conveniently lets you check, for example, the remaining time of the running program and the fill level of the PowerDisk cartridge.
