Quality Since 1976

When David Schecter began his career manufacturing guitar parts, he likely never imagined how large and respected his company would become. Starting from producing just parts, they quickly moved on to their first Custom Shop models, which caught the attention of legends like Pete Townshend from The Who and Mark Knopfler from Dire Straits. Schecter Guitar Research has rightfully earned its place as one of the world's most popular guitar manufacturers, thanks to the first-class materials and finishes used in their instruments. They offer a wide range of electric guitars and basses, acoustic guitars, and custom-made USA Custom Shop models, ensuring there's an instrument to suit every hand and style, all at a reasonable price!
