HP, software is not your cup of tea.
The physical device is pretty good. Printing is crisp and fast. The ability to scan both sides of ID card and print the result is great. Two-sided printing is very convenient.
That said, the required software is INCREDIBLY buggy. I have spent an hour just to set up the printer. "Install and run our software". Ok, run. "Something went wrong". Kill, start again. Rinse, repeat. I tried with Android,iOS and Windows.
