This is my second purchase in this series of MFC machines, the first was a 5910DW and performed well for a number of years, but this new one features far faster prints and a bigger paper tray.

I am delighted with my new printer and it was good value for money.

This replaces a similar Brother M/C I had for approximately 20 years, its easy & straightforward to use, produces excellent prints & didn't cost the earth. Would by another tomorrow.

This is the third Brother printer I have purchased, I have 1 at home, the second is at my place of work and this one we are using at the charity I run. These are excellent printers that are so simple to set up both wirelessly and wired, cheap to run and just do the 'job' with no hassle, excellent!

Needing to upgrade to Windows 11, I faced the inevitable problem of not being able to update drivers for my A4 all in one printer and my A3 printer, used primarily for photos.

This model ticked all the boxes for me and has met all my needs in one machine.

Easy to set up and use, with WiFi connectivity being a real boon, along with the app and software that actually works.

Just remember this has a sizeable footprint but. if space is not a problem, don't hesitate to buy it.

I've used this printer for everything from A4 business printing to A3 photo's. I've found it to be an excellent printer - reliable, good quality and cost effective. The subscription is much more customer focussed than my previous HP printer and I'm happy with this purchase

Seriously one A3 sheet at a time are you for real???

It won't even print a sheet always showing fault "please load one sheet at a time" I'm going to take this printer out back and drive over it with the truck and will never allow another brother product into the office again.

It has been my experience to date that when you purchase a new item the ink you are supplied with lasts a considerable amount of time longer than any replacements. However with your printer that is not the case, we have printed 5 colored sheets and the colors have all run out, and printed only 40 black and this is now only half full. So in future I will NOT be purchasing any more brother equipment. Nor do I see why to buy a new complete set of your company’s ink should be 10 euros less than the price of a new printer and over 3 times the price of alternatives ink for use in your machine, as I do not expect that they would last 3 times longer.

Excellent product with super customer service online

Installation process was a no-brainer. I simply followed the quick-setup-guide, went to my Linux (64bit) workstation (Debian/Devuan, CUPS) and the printer was ready to use. Scanner was ready to use. I did NOT have to install any tool, driver or PPD file.

Print (and scan-) quality is excellent. Bravo.

I have started my own business and this printer has really helped me get started, the print quality is incredible and it prints fast. I printed a photo yesterday and the quality was perfect. With my business I have to print double sided so to see that this prints double sided too was an additional perk.

From the setup to actually using it; a piece of cake. I had a printer before so could easily compare it with the previous one. The touch screen is amazing and so versatile. I have already printed more than 400 pages and haven't found anything bad. I have always trusted the "brother" company and I am looking forward to using this in our business.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From out of the box, the MFC-J5340DW was easy to set up - great for someone who detests printers at the best of times!

Once setup was complete, I downloaded the app and was pleasantly surprised at how intuitive and easy the printer was to use. I spent the rest of the evening familiarising myself with it before introducing it to the team the following day.

The baptism by fire came quickly with the team having to print over 650 pages and scan around 140 in a normal day. I’m delighted to say that the model coped with ease - print times were quick/ much faster than our previous printer and the scan quality was superb. My only quarrel with the scanner was the lack of two sided scan ability with the feed on this model, however this is a minor gripe.

Ink use seems frugal too - moderate daily use for almost 4 weeks and still going strong on the cartridges that came in the box, no minimal box ink here it seems.

All in all it’s a great machine, more than capable of coping with heavier print jobs but not scrimping on quality. Both them team and I are exceptionally happy and converts to the brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been putting off replacing my little home printer with a bigger office one for a while now, reasoning that it's only for the occasional poster that I need A3 functionality... Well after using it for 2ish weeks, I can't believe I didn't get one sooner! I print plenty more posters with it now (I think I just didn't use so many before due to the cost of paying someone to do it) and there have also been certain spreadsheets and similar that don't fit on A4 that are so much more comfortable to read on A3! The A3 isn't the quickest, and it doesn't have as much functionality as the A4 printing, but I needed this as a small, home-based business, and this is perfect! It's not overly huge too, so that a good trade off.

The A4 side of things is brilliant. Quick, clear and great colours. Scanning and copying is fast, too.

I'm glad it has the wireless app functionality, too. I had this with my previous brand and, once you've started using it, it's hard to go back! It works well, I've had no connectivity issues or interface issues.

This printer feels like it was made to my exact needs!

Fast printing beautiful colouring and really lovely clear printing. Also printed shipping labels straight from my app and scanned some documents and everything was so effortless and easy. I’m so impressed with it all. So been using a while now and all the function as so easy to use I’ve been using to scan documents and print my shipping labels plus some flyers and they have come out vivid clear and bright for a super clear read. It’s helped me so much with my small business it fits perfectly on my unit so I can access it quickly & easily. It’s the prefect size for me and for my business

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is easiest printer I have ever had to set up, part of my job is printer maintenance and this was a breeze step by step instructions on screen really easy to follow one wire which is for the power no cables and all that jazz the printer prints in colour which in this day an age everybody uses. Printing is quick and easy and works well via Wi-Fi photocopying and scanning are simple and the quality is crisp, the A5 size is great for flyers and the A3 is perfect for posters with no loss of sharpness or quality, it’s quick and quiet and the prints are crisp. Iv recently started my own business so I needed a printer that I could use for invoices and labels. The invoices look so much more professional on colour than black and white. My daughter has just started college and it’s also been a big help for her getting prepared printing off what she needs to including her research. The best feature for me is being able to print from my phone if I have any ideas or see anything while out and about shopping I can take pictures screenshots and send them straight to the printer and they will be done for when I get home. There is an app to download in the app you can print documents. Pictures. Scan and copy. You can also order the ink as well as get any assistants for whatever issues your having with your printer. The printer is a little big for my home desk which isn’t a massive issue or just has its own table in the living room for me this is the only down side.

Set up and daily usage is a breeze, and it is a really advanced appliance for the modern office. I particularly like that you can send pages to print directly from your phone, as this makes fulfilling orders directly from my sales page so much easier and more time efficient. The cartridges are on the expensive side, but not out of line with the rival brands. I would be very happy to recommend this printer to anyone looking for a device that combined ease with functionality, and am very satisfied with my Brother experience!

First of all I can say that it was really easy to set up using the instructions that were provided on the box. It is really easy to use and it makes my day work so much easier with printing and scanning the documents. The screen is so clear , perfect for reading everything. I am really pleased such products are on market and are really easy and helpful. My job consists on printing a lot during the day so this is perfect. I totally recommend. You won’t regret.
