Happy with purchase works so quickly and quietly with amazing quality

If you leave the printer turned on permanently it develops an error and tells you to restart the printer. It is a home printer so not the end of the world but very annoying!!

I have owned numerous printers over the years and would consider myself fairly experienced when it comes to installation and setup. However, the Brother HL-L3220CWE was in a completely different league.

Plug-and-play? Definitely not. Easy to set up? Forget it.

After downloading and installing everything from the Brother website, it still refused to work properly. I then tried setting up the Wi-Fi connection manually, but that didn't help either. Eventually, it decided to work—but only for that day. By the following morning, it was back to square one.

The cycle of uninstalling and reinstalling drivers continued for several days before the printer finally decided to behave itself. Had it taken much longer, it would either have been returned to the retailer or launched straight out of my window.

Now that it's working, the print quality is excellent, but the installation process was by far the most frustrating I have ever experienced with any printer.

Since buying this laser printer we have been highly impressed with the quality of the printer and the results of our printing, would highly recommend this printer.

Tämän tuotteen aiempia malleja ollut käytössäni 15 vuoden aikana. Kokemukseeni perustuen valitsin nyt vastaavan. Asennus kotiverkkoon onnistui helpohkosti hyvältä harrastelijapohjalta. Nyt voinkin tulostella eri laitteiltani suoraan. Kaksipuolinen tulostaminen on hiemen ”pelinpitoa” verrattuna edelliseen malliin. Tulee aika pian rutiinia, eikä niitä nyt niin usein tarvitse.

I bought this about a month ago. I am pleased with it but the toner cartridges are expensive. I also had problems setting up the account with brother. The first account was deleted but is in fact locked. So I had to set up another account with a different email address. The eco replacement scheme which is for 6 th months I could not set up.

Jos ei tarvitse kaksipuolista tulostusta tai skanneria, tämä on oikein hyvä valinta kodin tulostimeksi. Mukana tulevat 1000 mustavalkoista ja 1000 värillistä tulostusta riittänevät vuosiksi omalla käytöllä, eikä musteet kuivu kun pohjautuu LED teknologiaan!

Mukana hyvät ohjeet käyttöönottoon, sain toimimaan langattomasti ongelmitta.

Ainoa miinus on iso koko ja paino ominaisuuksiin nähden.

Langaton tulostus tuotti ongelmia, laiteajureita(Win10/Win11) piti päivitellä ennen kuin tulostus lähti toimimaan, mutta muuten ihan ok tulostin, vaikka käyttökokemus onkin vielä vähäistä

Easy to setup. Well designed and solid construction - the downside of which is that it's rather heavy.

Print quality excellent with vibrant colours. First page surprisingly fast to print which is great if you are only printing one copy.

I love the easy access to the toners which makes it so simple to change them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving this item I opened it and found that the space of the packaging was used wisely which is always a good thing as overpackaging is bad for the environment. After having unboxed it I found this printer very easy to set up as it came with an instruction manual and there wasn't too many steps involved.

In regards to the design of this printer I really like the professional white body with a black area in the centre as this colour scheme fits many bedrooms or office environments.

Most importantly when it comes to printing it doesn't take long for the printer to receive the print request and both printing in black & white or colour has well defined colour and sharp lines.
