Space-themed collectible model gift for adults

With the detailed NASA-inspired LEGO® Technic set (42182), you can embark on a journey to the Moon. This set, suitable for adults, builds a scale model of the lunar rover from the Apollo 17 space mission along with 3 detachable tool assemblies.

Load the equipment onto NASA’s lunar rover, test the steering and suspension, and imagine what it would feel like to move across the Moon’s surface collecting samples. Examine the batteries with heating and cooling resistors, the TV camera with antennas, and the communication unit. Use the shovel, drill, and other tools to search for LEGO moon rocks. The set includes the Traverse Gravimeter Experiment gravimeter from the Apollo 17 mission and a scale model of the Big Muley lunar sample, the largest moon rock brought back to Earth during the Apollo program.
