I bought this and found it easily operated. Bluetooth connection was simple and instant.

Build quality is as expected of the Sony great reputation.

Even though I gave a 5 star rating

Sound is good ,,the only thing that I thought it would be a bit more of deeper bass ,,,thought the sound was a little thinny....and that's on my preference of sound .

Other than that. ..an excellent buy ,,you can't go wrong with Sony products

I bought this product to replace an earlier version. The price has reduced since I bought it and this is much better!

For the price this is a quality speaker. Balanced sound - punchy bass, clear highs and solid mids. Very portable and light. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a budget portable speaker

A Great Leap Forward.

Clear, sound and very easy to use

Brought two XB100 speakers for home use. Use the larger XB23 for work, so knew the excellent quality.

The XB100 are easy to connect to my android phone either using the phone's bluetooth or using the Sony Music Centre app.

Volume is more than enough, tried just one speaker on full volume for about two minutes and my ears were ringing for a good five minutes afterwards.

Sound is crisp and clear for both music and audio books.

Quick to charge and once batteries are fully charged last for hours.

Definitely a good buy.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. Fabulous sound & easy to use, although you do need to download the app… could do with being slightly louder when outside

Have been using for one month now, and I am very pleased with its performance. The bass is excellent from such a small speaker, and the pairing is very easy. Just one mention, the speaker can distort or vibrate if set at the loudest setting, but when turned down just a little all good again. Battery lasts for days.

This is an excellent quality product from Sony. Take it anywhere, play it, and it sounds perfect indoors or outdoors. I liked this Wireless speaker so much, and I bought one for my daughter as well.

I bought this speaker a month ago, as the one I purchased previously years ago didn’t sync with my new iPhone. This speaker may be small, but has great volume and the bass is good too. Absolute value for money!

I have a number of Sony products CD players Speakers play station inc PSP Mini Disc player I could go on but these items some quite old they are still working after many years of use 😜 so let’s get to recent purchase I am sitting listening to this mini speaker while I type I have connected it to a Apple IPod with a mixed playlist and have to although it doesn’t surprise me it’s coping very well clear vocals nice base for its size good mid range once again I am very happy with my Sony product

I needed a Bluetooth speaker that was truly portable with a reasonable sound. I use for podcasts and speaking programs. Its connectivity is excellent. It’s ok for music. Sometimes on some voices the bass is a bit heavy but given the price, I can’t complain! Would buy it again if the need arose.

This was a gift from my partner 2 weeks ago. It's brilliant, robust, easy to pair with my devices and the bass has the "kick" you need.

Had the predecessor (the SRS XB10) for years and wanted a new/upgrade to offer the same function at a similar price point. Cannot fault it, would definitely recommend for a small personal speaker for around the house, e.g. while showering (though it's waterproof I don't take it in the actually shower) etc.

This device was bought like last month and I actually like the sound experience better than the jbl go 5. I also like the fact that it is IP67
