The stylish Yamaha SR-B40A is a Dolby Atmos-supported soundbar with a wireless subwoofer.

A new kind of sound experience: Yamaha's True Sound concept brings together Yamaha's extensive knowledge of sound and sound field creation. Now it includes Dolby Atmos®, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the three-dimensional world of movies and music. Dive into a new movie experience and enjoy a room-filling soundscape. Precisely designed speakers and advanced high-quality sound technology ensure that the sound field created by the SR-B40A envelops you, letting you delve deeper into the story as it unfolds on your screen. You can adjust the sound to your liking with the revamped tone controls (via the app) without deviating from the intended atmosphere of the content. The wide sound field produces an ideal tonal balance where all sound elements deliver stunningly clear audio and enhance the unique features of your entertainment.

External subwoofer: The wireless bass speaker complements the soundbar by adding impact and texture to the low end of the sound reproduction.

Clear Voice: Clear Voice technology enhances and clarifies speech in YouTube videos, movies, and shows, especially when background music and sound effects try to distract attention.

Four sound modes and bass extension: Fine-tune the sound according to the content and mood. The stereo mode works great for listening to music and podcasts. The standard mode is perfect for TV programs. In game mode, you can immerse yourself in battles, and movie mode lets you experience a theatrical atmosphere. Use the bass extension when you want stronger and fuller bass reproduction.

Easy to install: You can connect the soundbar to your TV easily with a single HDMI cable or optical cable. Thanks to HDMI-CEC and eARC compatibility, you can use basic functions with your TV remote control. Additionally, you can conveniently adjust the volume and switch sound modes with the included remote control or Yamaha’s Sound Bar Remote app directly from your smart device.
