Siemens EH975LVC1E iQ300 induction cooktop was the Consumer magazine's test winner 2/2023!

Siemens induction cooktop with five separate cooking zones, including an expandable zone in the center that can reach up to 32 cm in diameter. This allows you to use pots and pans of any size. With the clear control panel, you can adjust the cooking zones while the cooktop is on. The fryingSensor Plus function keeps the temperature consistent so your food cooks exactly the way you want. Additionally, the cooktop features a timer that can turn off a cooking zone after a set time. Induction cooktops are easy to keep clean because the surface itself does not heat up, so spilled food does not burn onto the surface as easily as with ceramic cooktops.

Order for very large cookware: triple-ring cooking zone.

dual lightSlider control - Touch and slide is enough.
Neatly positioned dual light sliders make selecting cooking zones simple on both sides of the cooktop. Control the stove with just a tap and slide. The interface disappears when the cooktop is turned off, leaving a stylish minimalist black glass surface.

fryingSensor Plus - Cooking is now fully controlled.
fryingSensor Plus helps you prepare every pancake crispy and golden brown. It notifies you when the pan has reached the right temperature and then maintains that temperature throughout cooking. Your food is protected from burning, allowing you to focus on your dining company. There are 5 different temperature options available.

powerBoost function - Increase power as needed.
You can boost the induction zone’s power by up to 50% with the powerBoost function. This saves up to 35% of the usual heating time for pots. Use the saved waiting time for stirring, seasoning, and serving delicious meals.

Timer with automatic shut-off
The timer with shut-off function turns off the cooking zone after the set cooking time has elapsed.

Prevent hazardous situations: child lock.
The child lock selector lets you quickly and easily prevent unauthorized use of the appliance. This single selector locks all functions with one press. The lock can be deactivated by pressing the same selector again for a few seconds.

Energy consumption display - Monitor your energy use.

Fast, safe, and easy to clean: Siemens powerInduction.
Instantly hot. Immediately cool. Experience the benefits of Siemens induction technology. Heat is directed straight to the pot’s bottom and then to the food without heating the cooktop surface. What this means for you: short heating times, safe use, and easier cleaning of the cooktop.
