HUAWEI WATCH Buds is a combination of a smartwatch and true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds with high-level noise cancellation. The watch offers a wide range of features, including Bluetooth calls, audio playback and controls, message notifications, heart rate, sleep and SpO2 monitoring, GPS positioning, workout detection and guidance, as well as numerous different workout modes.

Audio Playback - When the Watch Buds are paired with your phone, you can control music playback on your phone, such as skipping tracks and adjusting volume. You can also play music directly from the watch through the Bluetooth earbuds.

Calls - When the watch is connected to your phone, you can make calls directly from the watch and earbuds. The phone assistant notifies you of incoming calls and messages.

Heart Rate Measurement - When wearing the watch properly, you can manually measure your heart rate. You can also enable continuous heart rate monitoring in the Huawei Health app. When this feature is on, your watch continuously monitors your heart rate.

Sleep Tracking - The watch uses HUAWEI TruSleep sleep tracking technology, which accurately detects whether you are in deep, light, REM sleep, or awake, and then provides you with sleep quality assessments and suggestions to improve your sleep.

Stress Monitoring - The watch uses an optical heart rate sensor to monitor your stress, determine your stress index, and help take care of your health.

Workout Assistant - The watch can record your step count, distance traveled, calories burned, duration of moderate or high-intensity workouts, and standing time. It supports and provides real-time data for many workouts such as outdoor and indoor running, cycling, and walking, as well as free workouts and use of elliptical or rowing machines. Additionally, it automatically detects the start of a workout.

Watch Faces - The watch allows you to customize your display by setting animated, gallery, and AOD watch faces, as well as cover-opening animations. You can choose your watch face from the watch face store or create a custom watch face.

Earbuds - TWS, hybrid ANC, and microphones detect and minimize ambient noise. Hybrid call noise cancellation reduces environmental noise during voice calls and improves your voice clarity. You can freely control call and audio playback features (volume, play/pause, answer/end call, noise cancellation, and earbuds management) either on the watch or your phone. Thanks to innovative touch controls, you can answer calls by double-tapping the earlobe or toggle noise cancellation on and off by triple-tapping.
