As of July 1, 2023, Xplora will charge a service fee for using the guardian's app if the customer has a subscription with an operator other than Xplora. This service fee applies only to new activations of Xplora's smartwatch phones. The change does not affect current Xplora users. The service fee for the guardian's app is €9.90 (including VAT) per month. Paying this service fee is a prerequisite for the watch to function with the guardian's app.
