Tuote huonontaa Samsung A54 -puhelimen toimimista huomattavasti. En tarkasti tiedä kumpiko, Bluetooth handsfree vai puhelimen oma antenni ottaa kotelosta häiriötä siinä määrin, että puhelut häiriintyvät ja ääni katoaa ajoittain. Ongelma oli päivittäistä kunnes otin suojakotelon pois käytöstä. Syynä tähän on todennäköisesti kuoren aiheuttama magneettikenttä puhelimen läpi tai takakuoressa oleva metallilevy.
