I recently picked up the Medisana BU 570 Connect and I’ve been pretty impressed so far. Setting it up was easy — the cuff slid on smoothly and within seconds I had a reading. I like that it goes beyond just showing your blood pressure; it syncs via Bluetooth to the VitaDock app which means I can track my numbers over time (very useful considering I’m managing cholesterol and liver health).

The readings feel accurate and consistent, at least compared to what I’ve used previously. The memory storage (120 readings) is great for someone like me who likes to check trends rather than just isolated numbers. The price (~70 €) also feels fair given the features.

That said, there are a couple of little things: the cuff material doesn’t feel super premium — more functional than luxurious, so I’m curious how it holds up long term. And the app? It works, but isn’t the slickest experience — sometimes I tap around and spend a bit too long trying to find old readings. Small quibbles though because overall it’s doing the job.

Laadukas laite ja melko nopea toimitus. Matkahuollon lähi boxit olivat valitettavasti täynnä niin jouduin hakemaan 7 km päästä K-Marketista.

Mittari toimii niinkuin tuotekuvauksessa luvattiin. Näppärän kokoinen ja hiljainen (ja aika hidas, mutta minnepä tässä kiire). Mansetissa on vähintään riittävästi säätövaraa, mutta materiaali on hieman ikävän "paperinen". Vitadock-sovellus on sekava kokoelma arvoja ja liitäntämahdollisuuksia mitä moninaisimpiin laitteisiin - taitaa jäädä käyttämättä.
