Thanks to the Con@ctivity 3.0 function, the cooktop can automatically control the Miele range hood. PowerFlex Extendable Cooking Zone
The cooktop features a highly versatile extendable PowerFlex cooking zone. The zone can be used for two separate pots or extended for one larger pot or, for example, the Miele Gourmet griddle. The cooktop automatically activates PowerFlex when it detects a larger pot placed in the center of the zone. PowerFlex’s maximum power is up to 7.3 kW, making boiling water a breeze.

ComfortSelect Touch Control
All cooking zones can be controlled easily with the centralized ComfortSelect touch control. Power selection is conveniently done with a single power bar for all cooking zones. The control panel includes a timer display, residual heat indicator for each cooking zone, and dedicated buttons for the timer and pause function. Each cooking zone also has its own timer buttons. Booster and residual heat functions are also easily accessible via separate buttons.

TwinBooster
Speed and time savings in cooking thanks to the TwinBooster function. Two different booster power levels provide temporarily increased heating power, for example, to boil water faster. Can be selected individually for each cooking zone.

Continuous Pot Detection
When the power is on, the cooktop automatically detects the cookware placed on it and activates the correct power selection button. Pot size recognition directs the heating only to the area under the cookware.

Stop&Go Pause Function
When the doorbell rings or in other situations requiring you to leave the cooktop, the pause function lowers the power setting of all cooking zones to level one with a single button press. Returning to the cooktop and pressing the Stop&Go button restores the original power settings to the different cooking zones. This prevents food from burning or boiling over while you are away.

Preheating Automation
Thanks to preheating automation, the cooktop automatically reduces the cooking power after an initial quick heating phase. This prevents food from burning on the bottom, as the device automatically lowers the power after a certain time from the start of cooking.

Programmable Settings
The settings can be easily customized to match your needs. For example, the sensitivity of the touch buttons can be adjusted as well as the volume of the sound and button tones.

Recall Function
All power settings and alarm timers are temporarily saved in the device memory. If you accidentally turn off the cooktop, you can restart it within 10 seconds and the device will remember the previously set selections.

Timer and Alarm Clock
The timer can be used for two purposes: as an alarm clock like a kitchen timer or to automatically switch off cooking zones. Automatic shut-off can be set separately for each cooking zone. You can schedule the cooking zones to switch off automatically while still using the alarm clock function simultaneously.

Con@ctivity 3.0 & Miele@Home
The cooktop can control a Miele range hood equipped with Con@ctivity. The range hood starts and the lights turn on automatically when the cooktop is switched on. The range hood adjusts the extraction power automatically according to the cooktop’s power settings and switches off after the cooktop is turned off. Con@ctivity requires a WLAN connection and both devices must be connected to the Miele@Home system. The cooktop can also be controlled via the Miele app.

Safe to Use
The cooktop is very safe to use. Thanks to the safety shut-off, the power is automatically cut off if the device is used at the same power level for an unusually long time. The overheating protection detects if a cooking zone gets too hot and switches off the heating element before damage can occur to the ceramic surface or components. If anything not intended for the cooktop, such as boiling-over water, gets on it, the power is automatically cut off. The child lock function can be used as a safety lock to prevent accidental or unauthorized activation.
