I use it to charge my phone from the USB-C port that's located on the side of my recliner. However, I can also use it with a USB-A plug-in adapter to charge my phone.

I thought the dock was the issue, but instead Replaced this thinkpad 03X7470 cable with another 10Gbps usb c cable and it now works perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cable originally came with a Lenovo dock I purchased and I made the mistake of pulling it too hard one day and breaking it. I had connection trouble with using other USB-C cables (generic) so I finally caved and purchased this OEM cable. Works perfectly - no more stress. I will comment that it took about a week after purchase for the item to ship, not counting the days it took for the item to then arrive at my door.
